The expert training is intended for people who really want to learn the art of dent removal without spraying thoroughly and completely. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced professionals who want to specialize in this field and are willing to invest a lot of time and effort to take their skills to the next level.
Duration: 20 teaching days of 4 hours spread over 9 to 12 months
Costs: €10,000 (excluding VAT)
What do you learn?
During this training you will be introduced to the basic principles of dent removal without spraying. For example, you will learn how to improve hand-eye coordination to accurately repair the dent. You will also learn the correct position of the lamp to properly see and assess the dent. You will also learn how to “read” the dent, which means understanding which tools and techniques to use to repair the dent.
You will also be introduced to the UZS Tools and learn how to use these tools correctly to repair small dents. During the training you will receive personal guidance from our experienced instructor, who will guide you through the process step by step. The course days can be planned on any day of the week in consultation.
After this course, you will have mastered the basics of dent removal without spraying and will be able to repair small dents in a professional manner. Please note that proper practice between class days is a must to master the subject. If you practice regularly, you will make great leaps forward and further develop your skills.
Content of this training
- Hail damage assessment
- During the training you will learn to treat every dent, from small dents to large dents and hail damage.
- We work with different lamps, tools and gluing techniques.
- You can bring your own car to work on each lesson day.
- The teaching days are tailored to the learning process and we only continue with a new subject once the previous one has been mastered.
- 80% of the course in practice with real customers, 20% in the PDR-Eindhoven workshop.
- It is therefore possible that the training is spread from 9 to 15 months or longer to properly master the profession.
It is possible to come back for half a day or a day after training to address specific points that you are still having difficulty with. The rate for this will be determined in consultation.
